1. General Terms

These Terms govern all access to and use of the elon bat platform, including the sports betting sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, blackjack, and any other products or services made available via elon-bat.com or any related mobile interface. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the platform in any capacity.

elon bat operates as an online entertainment platform offering betting and gaming services to players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all monetary amounts are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. By registering an account on elon bat, you acknowledge that you have accessed, read, and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

elon bat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The date of last revision is published at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of elon bat following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the elon bat website accessible at elon-bat.com and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the elon bat platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses the platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a player's elon bat account at any given time, expressed in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a player's account by elon bat.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before a withdrawal may be initiated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, which is UTC+6.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To register and use the elon bat platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a human individual — corporate entities, bots, and automated agents are not permitted to register or use the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in force on the elon bat platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of elon bat, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

2.1 Age Verification

elon bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a player's registration or account lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by the elon bat support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Where elon bat reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage play will be held and may be voided if underage gambling is confirmed. elon bat will report confirmed instances of underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access elon bat's betting and casino services, you must register a personal account via the elon bat Login page at elon-bat.com/elon-bat-login. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (in Bangladesh), and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address) during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the submitted details change. elon bat will not be liable for any loss, delay, or error arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the elon bat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, elon bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your elon bat account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. elon bat will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the elon bat support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be taken.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

elon bat may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. This process may require submission of a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and is a non-negotiable requirement for all withdrawal requests above ৳5,000.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the elon bat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). elon bat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at elon bat's sole discretion.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on elon bat is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are published on the deposit page within the player account dashboard. elon bat reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time and without prior notice. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the elon bat account within minutes of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to two business days to reflect in the player balance, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically credited within one to four hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the elon bat account, or to a verified payment method registered in the same name as the elon bat account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised fund transfers. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Funded Winnings

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms published at the time the offer is made. Any attempt to withdraw bonus-funded winnings before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from that balance.

4.5 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. elon bat reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive cash balance, deducted each month until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account. Players will be notified by the contact details on record before dormancy fees begin to accrue.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

elon bat offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a player's elon bat account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed. Wagering on sports bets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) does not count towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Wagering on certain casino games (including but not limited to roulette, baccarat, and low-volatility slots) may contribute at a reduced percentage, as specified in individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless a different expiry period is specified in individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in the account after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

elon bat reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion to specific player groups, geographic regions, deposit methods, or game categories. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from players whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse, professional gambling activity, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. elon bat's determination of promotional eligibility is final.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

elon bat periodically launches promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including during Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket events including the BPL tournament and Bangladesh Tigers international series. These promotions are governed by their own individual terms and are made available for a limited time only.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the elon bat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm, disrupt, or negatively affect the experience of other players or the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on elon bat:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any competitive format hosted on elon bat.
• Fraud: Using fraudulent payment methods, providing false identity documents, or exploiting payment processing errors to obtain funds or credits.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing opposing bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Automated Betting Systems: Using software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets on elon bat without manual human input for each individual wager.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing mistake, or incorrectly displayed odds. Winnings generated from such exploitation may be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the elon bat platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds as part of any money laundering scheme. elon bat is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Abusive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward elon bat staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets on your elon bat account.

elon bat reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct and to suspend or permanently close such accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

elon bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in elon bat's reasonable determination, any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The player's account is linked to suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The player's account has been inactive (dormant) for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to elon bat.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their elon bat account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account must be withdrawn or the player must instruct elon bat how to handle the remaining funds. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive real-money balance will have that balance returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from elon bat due to concerns about their gambling behaviour may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming measure and, once activated, prevents the player from logging in or depositing for a minimum period of 6 months. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, elon bat shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the elon bat platform. This limitation includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Loss of data or account information due to unauthorised access resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any error in odds or game results caused by a technical malfunction, provided elon bat takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the elon bat platform that contains an error, inaccuracy, or omission.

elon bat makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, elon bat's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the elon bat platform that cannot be resolved through elon bat's internal dispute resolution process should be referred to the elon bat support team in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. elon bat is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
